It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. The amount of Cellmune 500mg Tablet you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. 300 mcg Anti-D (Trinbelimab) Injection is a prescription immunoglobulin medicine containing recombinant anti-Rh(D) antibody (Trinbelimab) used to prevent Rh sensitization in Rh-negative individuals, especially in pregnancy and around childbirth. It works by neutralising RhD-positive red blood cells that may enter the bloodstream, stopping the immune system from forming anti-D antibodies, which can cause hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN) and future pregnancy complications in Rh-negative mothers carrying an Rh-positive baby. It’s also used after incompatible transfusions to prevent immune reactions. The injection is administered intramuscularly by a healthcare professional, usually around 28 weeks of pregnancy and within 72 hours after delivery of an Rh-positive infant, and sometimes after events like miscarriage, abortion, or procedures where fetal blood may mix with maternal blood.
