• International Orders: 15–18 working days
• Domestic Orders: 4–6 working days
  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and logistics factors.

Bulk shipments may be divided into multiple parcels based on weight, volume, or shipping requirements to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

In case of unsuccessful delivery or customs-related issues:

• Reshipment may be arranged based on the situation.
• Cost Sharing: 50% of product cost will be covered by us; the remaining 50% + full shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

All shipments are securely and discreetly packed.
Special packaging requests can be considered upon prior notice.

Tracking details are provided within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please allow 2–3 working days for tracking updates to reflect on the courier system.

• Orders once confirmed are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are permitted only before dispatch.
• Product upgrades are allowed by paying the applicable price difference in advance.

• 100% advance payment is required for order confirmation.
• Orders without verified payment proof may be cancelled.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We deal only in genuine products sourced from verified manufacturers. No counterfeit or unauthorized products are supplied.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation by our accounts team.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or regulatory actions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

• Customs clearance depends on the regulations of the destination country.
• We provide customs clearance assurance only within India.
• We are not responsible for delays, duties, or seizures by international customs or regulatory authorities.
